TLDR: Terry is friendly, knowledgeable, is a great listener, has fantastic and accessible communication, and he is timely and professional! I was a first time home buyer, living and working in a state 13hrs away from my parents and major support network, and have some cognitive difficulties from a brain injury. I found a house that fit my list and sent in a request to view it. Within a matter of seconds (I hadn't even swallowed my breakfast toast), Terry had called me, emailed me, and set up a viewing. He handled schedule changes with no issue. He told me what to look out for in the house tour, helped me know what questions to ask, and help explain difficult terminology. Offers were due in a matter of hours after the viewing, and he assisted me in organizing paperwork and he worked tirelessly to gather the necessary information. He was adaptable and to the forms of communications I needed with my unconventional work schedule. With more than a dozen offers on the house, and my offer being exactly asking price, I was not expecting to get my offer picked. However, Terry explained various features and additions he could add to my offer to make it more appealing. It worked!!! He was a fantastic guide and negotiator through the offers and counter offers, ultimately landing me the house that checked every box on my list and was on budget! He clearly explained the steps for closing. He has remained in consistent contact to help with any further questions I have. I 100% recommend Terry!
Terry was wonderful to work with! He is very responsive to emails and and phone calls and made sure to follow-up with any questions we had. Terry was very proactive for us during our home search and looked into things that we didn't think of right away (examples being utility costs and school zones). I would highly recommend working with Terry if you are buying or selling your next home.

Terry helped my husband and I purchase our first home in 2014. We were one of seven offers! He helps us put together a very strong and competitive offer and we got our dream first house! He then helped us sell our first house in March 2020. He set up a smart and strategic plan to get our house on the market and allow for as many offers as possible, and we got an accepted offer that first weekend.
